  • Classes consist of hour-long sessions, starting at the specified time. Class cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance or the cancelled session will be lost.
  • Classes designated as (All) will be open to all members.
    Ladies’ classes are for all levels as well (more information here).
  • Open Gym lasts for 1 hour and is registered like a regular class. It is not led by a coach, but there is open access to all equipment. (Open Gym is available to members approved for Performance (Level 2).

Getting Started

All athletes who are new to CrossFit will be required to start in the Foundations classes.

Our goal for the Foundations class is to offer an option to new and current clients that will revolve around learning, reinforcing, and solidifying the fundamentals of our training protocols. Specifically, athletes will begin learning and perfecting our core movements, developing a better baseline of work capacity, and creating more awareness of our training protocols (i.e. understanding lingo, tempos, sets, reps, names of movements, etc.).
