Morning Session Noon Session Afternoon Session
Monday 6:30am – 9:30am (Classes*) 12:00-1:00pm (Class) 4:30pm – 8:30pm (Classes*)
Tuesday 6:30am – 9:30am (Classes*) - 4:30pm – 7:30pm (Classes*)
Wednesday 6:30am – 9:30am (Classes*) 12:00-1:00pm (Class) 4:30pm – 8:30pm (Classes*)
Thursday 6:30am – 9:30am (Classes*) - 4:30pm – 7:30pm (Classes*)
Friday 6:30am – 9:30am (Classes*) 12:00-1:00pm (Class) Closed
Saturday 10:00am – 11:00am (Team Class)
Sunday Closed

*Classes consist of hour-long sessions starting 30 minutes after the hour. (i.e. 4:30-5:30pm, 5:30-6:30pm, etc.)

On-Ramp Schedule

On-Ramp classes last two weeks and take place either:

  • 7:30-8:30pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday for 2 weeks (6 sessions total)
  • 6:00-7:00am on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday for 2 weeks (6 sessions total)
