Getting Started
All members who are new to CrossFit will be required to start in the Level-1 classes.
Our goal for the Level-1 class is to offer an option to new and current clients that will revolve around learning, reinforcing, and solidifying the fundamentals of our training protocols. Learning and perfecting our core movements, developing a better baseline of work capacity, and creating more awareness around our training protocols (i.e. understanding lingo, tempos, sets, reps, names of movements, etc.).
