BootCamp @ AMLI South Shore

CrossFit Austin’s Lakefront Boot Camps are off to a great start in the New Year! The Morning Boot Camp meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6 AM and 7AM with Coach Shane. We’re excited to announce the start of a 4:00pm Tuesday and Thursday Evening Boot Camp with Coach RobThe new afternoon sessions will kick off on February 7th behind the brand new AMLI South Shore (1620 E. Riverside).

Sessions are performed in a closely-coached small group setting and last for one full hour. Workouts focus on improving endurance, flexibility, strength, and appearance by implementing a variety of functional movements, running drills, plyometrics, and calisthenics.  Additionally, participants learn and develop functions that apply to any sport, as well as everyday life. Participants are grouped with other people with similar goals and attitudes to create a motivating and supportive atmosphere.

The Lakefront Bootcamp program can be scaled or modified to be appropriate for any age, skill or fitness level, so everyone is welcome! The only requirements are a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard!
