The best way to understand CrossFit is to come experience it. We realize that many of the workouts and exercises posted on our website look difficult and a bit intimidating. We don’t expect you to walk through the doors and complete the workout of the day (WOD) as prescribed. We scale all workouts to everyone’s fitness and experience level.
We offer two introductory program options to get started with CrossFit. The On Ramp Program is a small-group program consisting of 6 classes over the course of two weeks. If the On Ramp times don’t fit your schedule, or you’d prefer to do one-on-one session, check out our Elements personal training program.
On Ramp Program (Small Group Training)
The CrossFit Austin On Ramp Program is the perfect way to experience all that CrossFit has to offer and gain a solid foundation in proper movement and nutrition. The On Ramp Program consists of six classes over a two week period. Once you have completed our On Ramp program you will be eligible to sign-up for a membership and participate in our group classes and open gym sessions, but you are under no obligation to do so.
The two-week On-ramp class costs $100 and includes an introduction to the foundational CrossFit movements and nutrition. Click here to view the class schedule. To pay for the class and reserve your spot, please click the link below:
Elements Personal Training
Elements personal training is an intro program designed for people who cannot attend our On Ramp Group Classes or prefer the privacy and personal attention of one-on-one training. Training protocols of the Elements Personal Training are identical to the On Ramp Group Class, but can normally be reduced to three sessions instead of six. Once you have completed all sessions, you will be eligible for our group classes. You may also remain in private training if you would prefer.
Personal Training
CrossFit Austin also offers personal training* for clients of all types with goals of all kinds. If you have very specific goals, are significantly overweight and out-of-shape, or prefer the privacy and personal attention of one-on-one training. Then personal training may be your best choice.
*You can also create your own small group of friends and family for a reduced price per client
