I forgot to mention this on Saturday, but props to Jerry for getting about 5-10 butterfly kips in a row during the skill session….we also had Dan getting legit kipping pullups….really awesome work

Just got the got the maxes figure and totaled for those of you that first tested back in January. Some highlights:

-Ray the Ber”Train” putting 40, 20, & 50 lbs on his Back Squat, Press, and Deadlift respectively

-Jerry “Greasy Mullet” Everhard putting 80 LBS on his Deadlift
