great article. I can attest to the above. My POSE technique is in infancy, but my first step has been to wear minimalist shoes (under the theory that it &quot;forces&quot; you to run right). Any workout with running in the last two weeks has made my calfs and feet sore in new places. Ouch! (but way better than shin splints!)</description>
