great article. I can attest to the above. My POSE technique is in infancy, but my first step has been to wear minimalist shoes (under the theory that it “forces” you to run right). Any workout with running in the last two weeks has made my calfs and feet sore in new places. Ouch! (but way better than shin splints!)
