Incredible performances yesterday by everyone. We had 10 PRs, several people take Fran on Rx for the first time, and allot of newbies get their first taste. Well done to everyone.

I only got to see the 5:30 evening session, but the atmosphere was electric. COngrats to everyone, your hardwork is paying off big time. I’m very proud of you!

Hey “Mean, Lean and Clean” challengers…I’ve been stalking your food logs since the challenge started. Many of you are doing great and really making some changes and are being diligent about entering your food. Remember this is a CHALLENGE…not just with the other challengers, but with yourselves! Step up and make some big changes in your eating/lifestyle habits!!

Quick note it was just brought to my attention that the workout was sent to the staff and posted with ring rows. I just changed it, it should have been ring dips. My apologies.
