OK, so i didn’t do the WOD, but i did deadlift because i {{heart}} deadlifts.
BUT, i only got 135 which IS 5 lbs over my last max, but i wanted more. boo.

Awwww, I don’t even get a mention for showing up? At least I lifted as much as last time before my back tweaked. I think I’ll hover around 155 for a little while. I have nothing to prove. :)
My back is better than I thought it would be. Ice/heat/advil…I’ll be back in no time :)
