Holy DOM Batman….Damn renegade rows are kicking in – can barely lift my coffee – er, water – this morning. don’t think i’ve ben this sore since the beginner WOD, yowza!

Walker, I’m with you….wait till you go in today and do pike push ups until you can’t lift your arms…and then oh wait, wait! there’s more push ups in the WOD!

It was actually a GREAT WOD and such a perfect morning for it!!! I’m in such a good mood that I feel sorry for anyone who can’t be around me. I want to throw up my joy on everyone I see. :D

Oh and Walker the “S” is important in your abbreviation lest your have “Delayed Onset Muscles” which I guess is one of the things were working for anyhow.
