Wow. The booze article was very informtative/intersting. thanks. dunno if i can drink Red Wine with my football…but could certanly give it a shot.

I just have to hand it to everyone that did that workout today….it looked tough and everyone got through it…..i’m pretty proud…GOOD JOB!
