So, I’m just going to get on my soap box for a minute about vitamin D…some of you know of my ‘health’ issues I’ve struggled with since January…well, after many blood tests, dietary changes, etc..I started taking vitamin D3 (liquid form) a few weeks ago at the suggestion of the naturopath I’ve been working with. I CANNOT emphasize the difference this has made in my energy level (even after being semi-paleo). So, if reading this article is not enough to get you to consider a vitamin D supplement, I’m living proof that it is incredibly beneficial!!!! DO IT! (But make sure it’s a good QUALITY, like something from Whole Foods or get one from a naturopath…)
