In case anyone ever doubted what Wes and Boone have us do or the idea of crossfit itself, I got inspired by Wes today and decided to find my 3 rep max OVHD squat. I haven’t gone heavy OVHD squats since before regionals back in May and my 1 rep max was 175lbs then. Here’s what I did today:

163lbsx3, 173lbsx3, 187lbsx3, 195lbsx3, 201.2lbsx3

It works guys and gals. Don’t ever doubt that fact. The best part is the Spurs ex strength and conditioning coach was at the same whole in the wall gym. He saw me doing OVHD squats and offered to coach me in the olympics lifts. Be afraid, haha.

I definitely miss CFA. Keep doing what you do.
