		<description>Okay, I suck at interpreting the WOD when I&#039;m at work...

I did the Dumbell Hang Split Cleans with 2 20lb db...7 on each side
and the One Arm Over Head lunges with 2 20lb db...7 on each side
and 200m run after each round...

in 14:19...what did I do wrong? 
 I think I&#039;m working too hard :) I tried to figure out the individual sets by check the CrossFit website but couldn&#039;t find any perfect matches...</description>

		<description>Kim, I&#039;m with you. Some kind of cold/allergy attack and i&#039;ve been on my a-s for two days. And yet, it took everything I had to to not come in the yesterday. Addicted much? (I&#039;m all about mild exercise when ill, but thrusters when dizzy, maybe not so much, ha!) This sucks.

		<description>I have been sick the past week with a URI and I feel like my muscles are getting weaker by the minute! I work the next 3 days so I hope to be feeling better so I can kick but in CF on Monday! Miss the workouts :(</description>
