I have been sick the past week with a URI and I feel like my muscles are getting weaker by the minute! I work the next 3 days so I hope to be feeling better so I can kick but in CF on Monday! Miss the workouts :(

Kim, I’m with you. Some kind of cold/allergy attack and i’ve been on my a-s for two days. And yet, it took everything I had to to not come in the yesterday. Addicted much? (I’m all about mild exercise when ill, but thrusters when dizzy, maybe not so much, ha!) This sucks.

Okay, I suck at interpreting the WOD when I’m at work…

I did the Dumbell Hang Split Cleans with 2 20lb db…7 on each side
and the One Arm Over Head lunges with 2 20lb db…7 on each side
and 200m run after each round…

in 14:19…what did I do wrong?
I think I’m working too hard :) I tried to figure out the individual sets by check the CrossFit website but couldn’t find any perfect matches…

Its just total reps not 7 on each leg. If it is reps per leg it will be noted http://www.crossfitaustin.com/2009/07/06/wod-76/ Nice job though on the double WOD!
