Free Workout in the Park!

Please join CrossFit Austin for a free CrossFit workout in the Park. Meet us at Town Lake under the South 1st bridge, and be a part of the Austin CrossFit revolution.

This will be an instructor-led one hour CrossFit session. The perfect opportunity for those curious about CrossFit to finally try it out, the beginner to build on their skills, or the Fire-breather to destroy another WOD. If you plan on attending please RSVP or just meet us at Town Lake between 10 and 10:30 AM so we can get started promptly at 10:30 AM.

Shane, my mom and stepdad will be here that weekend, so we will try to come for the WOD that morning:)

Hey, we are coming in from out of town and want to drop in for the Saturday WOD. Could you give me better directions to the park. Thank you.

Directions for the Hicks: The park is across the street from RunTex at the intersection of Riverside and South First. Riverside is the first exit south of the lake on I35. Head west and immediately after you cross South First, pull into the parking lot on the right alongside the bridge.

If you are coming from Mopac(Loop 1), take 5th Street exit, head east until you hit Guadalupe. Go right (south) and Guadalupe turns into south first street at the bridge. Cross the bridge and make the first right and pull right into the parking lot.
