I know some people have started drinking coconut milk but you guys may also want to look into coconut butter. It’s not the cheapest stuff in the world but worth it (both Central Market and Whole Foods carry it). Here is a quick and easy way to use it with fruit for a side dish or snack. I added a little bit of honey and cinnamon to the heated up coconut butter last night to have for dessert on top of fruit.

This was my favorite WOD so far! Therefore, in the event of my untimely death (i.e. death by crossfit) I would like this WOD to be named “The Tara”.
