  1. so need a couple days off to make sure my back is cool…but is it sick and wrong that I WANT to come in and do this WOD? sheesh.

  4. Walker, like Wes said come in and play. Active recovery is good for your back as long as it’s within reason.

    Ice it 2-3 times daily. Try to come in before your class to foam roll and especially use the lacrosse ball on your hips/glutes/piriformis. Stretch your hamstrings (bent knee) with the jump rope and your psoas (sampson stretch) before starting the WOD. This will help loosen up the muscles around your back that may be pulling on it.
