So you do 1 rep of each, then 2 reps, then 3 reps, etc till you get to 10, correct?

Sounds like a good one to do at Pure this afternoon.

Yes, but then you work your way back down. So it’s 1,2,3…9,10,9,8….2,1. Make sure to wear your CFA shirt and rep yo hood. Good luck man.

CFA: Hey guys a little late, especially on a Friday after a long work week. I workout at Windy City Crossfit in Chicago. I know Wes from his days in Chicago and I actually have met Keir at Alamo Crossfit on a work travel coincidence. Just wanted to tell you what I’m sure you already know – Wes is the man. He is in Chicago this week and while I’ll miss him at our box this week due to some conflicts it was awesome seeing the pic posted today. You guys have a great coach and that goes for Boone too (I have worked out at CFA once). No real message other than you all are in a good place and I wish you all the very best. Keep kicking it Austin style and more importantly CrossFit style.
