		<description>&quot;The Paleo Diet for Athletes&quot; is a great book and I recommend it to anyone especially those looking to improve their performance in any aspect of life including crossfit. It&#039;s a pretty easy read with lots of helpful info. I have a copy but a friend of mine is currently borrowing it. Once I get it back I&#039;ll leave it at the gym for anyone to read.</description>

I&#039;m training some people down here in Laredo, and we&#039;ve done one workout from your site and it was nice to give them times of other athletes that are completing the same WOD&#039;s.  I just wanted to thank you for the posts, keep them coming if you can.</description>
