Whats your perspective?

“Murph” Day is Saturday! Here is a rundown for how things will work:
- To participate you must bring in a donation for the Naval Special Warfare Foundation or donation receipt from the NSWF website

- The workout will run from 9 AM – 12 Noon, Heats will start every half hour. You will be responsible for your own warm-up

- We will have food and drinks after the final heat has finished.

  5. Not sure which girl you’re talking about. Megan T. is still in Italy. The photographed girl is actually my sister, who is most definitely back from Europe.

  7. Could not do tonights WOD, my gym complains too much when I do snatchs cause I drop the weight sometimes. Globo Gyms Suck!!! So I did last nights WOD and a WOD from crossfit football 7 rounds- 3 155lb push jerk or split jerk, 6 pull ups, 9 push ups and damn was it tough!
