9,000lbs from ground to overhead anyway. Went with 95lbs for 95 reps. Mixed it up with snatches/clean &amp; push press. Finished in 10:15. My shoulder hates me today. 

See you guys on Monday. Sad that I missed a great week of WODs at CFA.</description>
