Down in SA again this week.

Set a new deadlift PR today…425lbs. 25lbs more than my last PR.

Tristy/Melanie if you guys want those shirts from Alamo Crossfit let me know.

Nice job Keir!!! I would love one of those shirts, but I think I should do a WOD there before I feel good about wearing their shirt:) (or at least meet a couple of the folks that go there) Thanks so much for thinking of me though!
