Luckily for everyone (so they don’t feel bad about themselves) there was a clock malfunction during my 5k run. I don’t have an official time to post. Just know my time was somewhere between really fast and really really fast.

Haha…Keir, I will second that motion! Boone…I would think your time was super hero speed fast, but that’s just me! Have fun with that 5K today guys, I might make it up this weekend if I have time;)

Definite props to Rob: Killing the 5k, then doing dozens of chest to bar pull-ups, ring dips, and GHD sit-ups afterwards for his skill session. Great work kid!
