This sounds like a good recipe:)

Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breast
3 large eggs
3 c. medium ground almonds
2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbl. Habanero powder
1 Tbl. dried parsley
3 Tbl. of Olive Oil
Note: You can adjust the heat by either reducing the amount of habanero powder or switching to a milder pepper variety like cayenne. For the almonds, grind them yourself in a food processor or buy almond flour. Finally; if you want a change, try the other white meat, pork.

Method

Start by completing Fran, then wash your hands and prepare the chicken. Wash the chicken pieces and pat dry, then it is time to flatten. To do so, lay the chicken in between wax paper/parchment paper/plastic wrap, and flatten with mallet/rolling pin/2 pood Kettlebell until 1/2 inch thick. Your piece of chicken should have gained some size in diameter while flattening. Set the chicken aside and and wash your hands you filthy chicken handler.

Now prepare the dregdery! Grab two baking dishes or large bowls. In one baking dish combine the ground almonds and spices well using a whisk; in the other, break the eggs and lightly scramble with a fork. You are now ready to go.

One piece at a time fully coat the chicken pieces in egg by dunking, then hold over egg container to let excess egg drip off. Then fully cover chicken in almond mixture. When all pieces have been covered in almond mixture heat oil in large pan on medium to medium high heat. When oil is gently smoking place chicken pieces in pan and cook for 1 minute. Flip chicken over and cook until done approximately two minutes. Bon Apetit!
