		<description>ROM stands for Range of Motion.  So if you tried to do Knee to Elbows and couldn&#039;t achieve the full range of motion (i.e. knees touch elbow with no swing) then we qualify it as ROM.  That some excellent work girls, keep up the hardwork!</description>
