WOD: 10.9.8.7.6.5.4.3.2.1 Burpees/Situps
(This a workout that Eva suggests when traveling)
Shane and I introduced our mom and stepdad to Crossfit this morning! Merry Christmas!

Shane: 5:16 RX
Tristy: 6:11 (knee burpees)
Al: 11:35 RX
*Half the RX WOD (She started with 10 and it was a bit much, so we finished with 5.4.3.2.1)
Lynn: 8:36 (knee burpees)

Okay, I think I did Tristy’s WOD (I don’t know how to do Handstand push-ups). Not sure what my time was…I didn’t use a watch! See, I NEED you guys! Merry Christmas! See you Jan. 5th
