10:47… Don’t know if it was the cold weather or the Turkey but this one seriously kicked my butt today. Can’t wait to get back to the gym and see everyone. Happy Birthday Tristy, Scott I’m glad you were able to make it for a WOD, and Elia it looks like Team Marshall had a poor showing today. See everyone on Monday.

I did this one today (Sunday), and came out with a 13:23. I think there are real advantages to working out with the group. I know I always push myself harder when I have Wes barking at me from the sidelines. ;)
